Helps to neutralise the oils on your eyelids and helps to stop your eyeshadow creasing. Primes the eye lids so enabling you to get the true colour of your eyeshadows and helps to keep your eye make up in place for longer. Gentle non drying water based formula.

Perfect for use with Colour & Glitter Dusts

Apply to one eyelid at a time to ensure the sealer does not dry too quickly, apply your eyeshadow dusts while the sealer is still tacky. Pat your dusts on rather than brushing them on.
